Interesting tool but perhaps a bit confusing to some. Simple cardio out versus calories in is not an exact science – some “cardio queens” actually add fat over time with this method. Perhaps an addition that included resting metabolism would be helpful

Yes, Frank, in the main settings page you can limit “mails per run” which means how many mails to be sent each time when the cron job runs.

Question in regards to delivery, is it possible to limit the amount of emails sent per hour? Slower hosts will definitely choke if you try to send 100,000 emails continuously.

I cant seem to get this to work. Home page says..

I dont know how to resolve this issue. Any advice?
